Jul 12 2019 I must say I have had some very caring carers and have always felt comfortable with them. My family have said I am really lucky and I do appreciate all they do for me, especially as they work long hours and are always so pleasant.

Jul 12 2019 I am very happy with carers. I have had the same carer for the last year; I was very happy with Peter. In the last 2 months I never know who is coming, the carer is given different times to what is on my sheet. When I occasionally ask for a different time because of a hospital appointment etc. they never seem to get it right. When I phone to ask why late I am told they are on their way. It seems the office staff do not keep track of the information.

Jul 12 2019 There is a lack of consistency of carers; most are good, but some are very inexperienced to care for very elderly people.
