If it is money then wake up! it will cost much more to look after these folk at home - your staff will spend 60% of their time in cars. Had anyone bothered to ask the residents of Billericay for some funding I suspect you would have it. Although after closing our Public funded Burns unit I guess lack of trust may be a barrier. Utterly depressing.
