Oct 24 2022 Took disables sister for appointed blood test at 10.50am and was told place closed at 10.45am. Seems I was 'not on the system' although I had booked online weeks previously. Doors were locked and couple came with same time appt. They were finally let in because man was foreign and complained and wife had fasted. We were not let in and spoken to rudely. My sister noticed there were loads of sandwiches and drinks lined up as though for a party. We came from Brentwood to Orsett hospital and journey with disabled sister is not nice.

Oct 2 2021 i went to physio pain management today forgetz the name of the person i saw he was excellent ,,, i think he works as occ therapist on wards as seen him before ... great explaining stuff ive been in horrific pain for months with arthritis he was very supportive reccomended a tens machine which is helping already examined me and showed me some different exercises i felt mentally much better when i left there ...the women i saw before was very patronising drawing pictures saying it was in my brain and i had to control it really ! so thatnkyou to the man i saw on thursday 30/09 regards miss mcintyre
