First surgery carried out 13/9/23 very comfortable with organisation’s approach to reassurance at a potentially stressful stage. Explanation at each stage of procedures. When I had a post-op query, it was suggested extra visit for assessment Found it very reassuring. Second surgery 25/10/23 Equally good with full explanations. Day 1 post-op feel much better having already been through it once Very happy with whole experience especially staff approach, and plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits!!
