Apr 4 2024 Visited A and E at 12.15 lunch time with a suspected heel fracture. Triaged immediately and sent to UTC. Was seen within 15 minutes, and x rated within 30 minutes. Back to UTC to discuss the results of the confirmed heel minor fracture. Issued boot and discharged by 13.45. I was expecting a 4 to 6 hour wait, but was 90 mins in total - so absolutely brilliant service

Oct 19 2023 I would like to praise the super nhs service my elderly mother received today. We attended the gp for a persistent tickly cough and after examination were asked to attend the drop in chest X-ray clinic at Fairfield. We went this afternoon, waited only 10 mins to be seen and hope to receive results in 10 days or so. This is a really efficient system. It made things so much easier for our family than the usual appointment service. Thankyou!
