Mental Health Dept.
Extremely grateful to all staff on Medlock Ward at Trafford General. I can honestly say that I witnessed the team working their socks off to provide top quality care during my stay. Extremely caring and professional set up across the team from doctors to nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, advocacy workers and cleaners.
My only piece of negative feedback relates to staffing numbers. I feel this ward needed more nursing staff on duty due to the large number of patients, including some of an unpredictable nature. I do not feel the work rate of the nursing staff is sustainable long term and feel these amazing individuals need to be protected to ensure they can stay healthy enough to keep up their good work.
Thank you to all the team Original Comment Report... |
