My husband was in the Woking Priory for a month with severe anxiety and depression. The only therapy on offer was group therapy which he was too ill to benefit from. He couldn't face people and could barely speak so the whole group experience just added to his anxiety and sapped his confidence. In the end he didn't attend the groups and hid in his room. We asked for 1 to 1 therapy and he had one session in the whole month he was there. He came home in a worse state than he went in. I would not recommend the Priory for anyone with severe depression.
