Sep 21 2017 First impression is fantastic, then when it gets to the nitty gritty, it becomes complicated. Too many egos at work. Huntercombe claims not to punish but end up punishing behaviours by not engaging with client. Proclaim to have 2-1 ratio but not able to facilitate any activities apart from getting everyone together to go to "school". Inspections from CQC should be open and not a closed method. Questions should be open and not yes and no!
