Sep 15 2023 I was admitted to Brunel ward level 3 for day surgery, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, I felt at ease with both the anaesthetist and surgeon who came to speak with me along with ward staff. My ward staff lady was amazing and had excellent bedside manner making me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay. my only complaint is that I was discharged and not seen by a doctor to explain to me how my procedure went and what possible next steps may be, as I learnt after reading my discharge note that they found more than the Gyni had said I was suffering from.

Sep 11 2023 The staff at the Urgent Treatment / A&E, from security personnel to the receptionists, the cleaners, and the medical professionals are kind, patient, and forbearing with every one. Two experiences stand out: 1. the medical doctor who attended to my injury treated me as a person -- with attentive listening -- and not simply as a case that needs to be dealt with hurriedly. 2. The security staff treated someone who was rude with huge forbearing and gentleness. Never did they lose temper while dealing with a difficult situation.
