I went to my blood test today and lady was there is so rude, she was screaming to everybody in there, Evan to the patients, including me. When I come out someone came to just ask for directions. So she shout at them as well. She was telling everybody because she is busy with blood tests, she can’t open the door and talk to people.

Ive visited the Physio Dept quite a few times now and Ive never been kept waiting for very long every time. The staff are warm and friendly, certainly know what they are doing and keep you well informed on your treatment. The one small criticism is that the treatment area is a little impersonal as you can hear other patients conversations.
