On telephoning to cancel and rebook an existing appointment, the receptionist, asked why I was cancelling. I told her I had a telephone consultation already booked that clashed with their appointment time. Not satisfied with that information, she continued to ask me questions who it was with , pushing me for an for an answer. Reluctantly I told her it was with the DWP. To which she retorted oh? and thats more important is it! I replied I dont think its any of your business anyway. Do people really have to provide info on their personal business in order to cancel an appointment? Absolutely no need for that demeaning rude attitude. |

Had text from gp with tel nos to arrange xray. Corbett hosp. Checked opening times tried one number, Closed. Tried other number given no reply. Rang 01384 456111 spoke to receptionist gave me number for Guest hosp who arrange appnts at Corbett hosp. Guess what no reply. What am I supposed to do now? |

Having been pushed from pillar to post in another area for sixteen months, we had the good fortune to encounter a two superb staff members who together took the initiative to investigate and ascertain what needed to be done. They went over and above the call of duty to do this, and we can’t thank them enough. Superb staff! |
