The district nurse in this video is named Heather Maira Swain, and this is an example of her reign of hatred towards her neighbour. This is one example of the many times Heather Swain willingly made her neighbours, and her ex husbands life a misery, by deliberately depriving them of sleep. This was recorded at 02:15 in the morning. This was done deliberatley to antagonise her neighbour Nicola Hughes, and to gode her into confrontations. Heather Swain was constantly drunk on her days off from work and the nights before he shifts, and would deliberately antagonise Nicola into a reaction, then call the police and blame it on Nicola. The behaviour of this Nurse was captured on a dog monitoring camera I out into the living room to momitor the wellfare of my dogs, as I was so concearned for their welfare. It is clear from the footage that Heathers actions are deliberate as she can be seen pulling faces at the camera and mouthing profanities and making howling noises through the wall and banging on the wall too. This was also witnessed by myself, her ex husband, as I was awake upstairs unable to sleep, and I had to go to work in three hours. Heather was drunk, as usual, and in this state, she was very unpredictable and dangerous. Heather has also heen responsible for the reading of Nicola Hughes's medical records and took great delight in telling her family, friends and children about two terminations Nicola had earlier in her life. There is no way that Heather would know anything about this unless she had acessed Nicolas medical file, which is a gross breach of patient confidentiality and a criminal offence.
