The spinal services at this trust is just awful, the consultant does not give a dame about patient care, even though he will tell you too your face he is all about patient care and is patient focused, sadly I have never seen this. This claim they never have results, they mislay them, you wait close on 12 months for an appointment to be told your results are to old so start the process all over again, I heard the NHS have no money, yet the spinal surgeons at the Royal orthopaedic hospital birmingham love to waste it, it seems. Really has gone down hill fast this trust, there really isn't any care or compassion at all, from anyone, the consultant, nurses PALS team, just not a great place. It needs to be reviewed urgently this trust does, and by reviewed I mean an inspection where they don't know about it and can't prepare for it, then the true colours of it will be shown. Spinal service - awful!!!!
