was put on waiting list over a year ago was told after been seen to be assessed for treatment that it would be january and i would be contacted they do not answer the phone i went in person and they got a lady to see me who agreed i have waited too long and said i would be put at the top of the list and it would be early september when the students came back, still nothing and i personally know people that have just registered for similar treatments and have been seen and treatment finished very un professional

Attended today for some urgent tests. Department was obviously busy but ran like clockwork. I was in and out quickly despite needing x rays. Follow up appointment was sorted quickly and the service felt very personal.

still waiting been on the list for 10 months when i call they say we can call you back but never do apalling customer service who put you through to another number who never answer after holding for 50 minutes, was told i would be seen months ago but nothing
