Arrived 5 mins late due to parking was hurrendous to be stood at the desk for over 10minutes while 1 receptionist couldnt book people in for answering the phone. When she eventually did try and book me in she again said sorry I've got to answer the phone to have me waiting again then to say your now 15mins late I dont think you can be seen. They still send my appointments to old address and phone old address that I have not lived at in almost 6 years even though I have gave them nee address and number at least 4 times now Original Comment Report...
