Sep 24 2023 I visited the Urgent care centre with severe back pain. It was a Sunday morning. I was seen by the triage nurse soon after booking in. She was very sympathetic. Shortly afterwards I was seen by a duty doctor. He listened carefully to my description of symptoms and, after examination, reassured me that my condition was not serious. He prescribed some drugs and these were brought to me quickly. I also received a fact sheet with care instructions and exercises to do. The whole visit, start to finish, took one hour 45 minutes.

Sep 23 2023 I attended on a busy Friday evening; staff were kind, efficient and helpful from reception to treatment. They sorted me out and were professional and compassionate. They are doing a great job, thank you

The Treatment Rooms are comfortable being light, airey, and well equipped. I was very glad to have been referred there for my treatment. To cap it all the Infirmary has two excellent cafes (one large, and the other a newly-refurbished one - run by volunteers - in the also refurbished entrance area. Thank you everybody!
