I was advised by Cardiology Nurse on 17th October to book blood tests by 27th. I have been calling now for 3 days and getting no answer. Service is absolutely diabolical.

I had a good experience so far, but when i went to my appointment today i was 10 minutes late. I explained to the receptionist that it is a 2 hour trip for me to get to the hospital and that one bus was so delayed that I had to take an uber to get to the hospital…she couldn’t care less…she told that s just life which I found really rude an inappropriate…I think she could have been a little more understanding of my situation as I have no control if a bus is delayed for whatever reason…and 10 minutes should be acceptable given the circumstances…I even paid for an uber to try and get there in time when the bus was not coming anymore…she shouldn t be rude to me and be a little more understanding given the circumstances…worth mentioning is that I really wanted to be seen as I had something I really wanted to be looked at as it seems that i need urgent care…All she could do was to book me another appointment for tomorrow because “that s just life” as she said…Really poor service…

Had surgery on May told itll be 2 weeks later 14 weeks later still no response cant get in touch with anyone just general poor aftercare
