Nov 19 2017 I was recommended by 111 to visit the out of hours departnent this morning. The very friendly receptionist phoned me to offer me an early appointment which I gratefully accepted. There was no long wait and I got in to see the doctor quickly. I can’t express how kind, knowledgeable and helpful the doctor was and they made me feel as if I really mattered. I would give the doctor 100 stars if I could and the same to the receptionist.

Sep 24 2017 I was referred here by 111. Got seen within a couple of hours and the reception team were so polite and welcoming.as soon as I got called into the doctor I was made to feel very uncomfortable. The doctor made me feel like I was wasting their time!! Also when they checked my temperature the doctor didn't bother changing the cap on the thermometer, I know this because I could see old ear wax on this. Also they light that they check your ears was the same. The doctor also said to me well just go to the GP during the week and they will give you some antibiotics?! Was not happy with the service at all

Apr 8 2017 I was directed to come here whilst calling NHS 111 for out-of-hours doctors appointment. I was suprised places like this even exist and thank god they do. I was in desperate need of medical attention on the Saturday and was panicking because the GP was booked for the next 2 weeks which I couldn't wait. Never take the NHS for granted as now I realise how blessed we are to have them.
