I attended the Urgent Treatment Centre on a Saturday morning for a badly infected finger (having initially gone down the route of seeing a pharmacist and subsequently failing to get a telephone appointment with my GP). I was registered with Reception, seen by a Triage nurse and treated, all within the space of just over an hour (it was admittedly an unusually quiet morning). This minor injuries unit is such an essential local service, available 7 days a week, currently from 8am to 8pm. It saved me a trip (and no doubt a much longer wait) at A and E at the main hospital in the area. Minor injuries can sometimes become complicated ones if left, and the Sevenoaks urgent care centre bridges the gap between GP and main hospital A and E. I cannot thank the staff enough for the treatment they provided to me and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this invaluable local facility to other residents in the area. |

Attended today with my daughter who had an infected ‘bug’ bite, from the moment we walked in to the time we left which was under an hour all the staff were amazing. Polite, friendly and professional.A prescription prescribed as well. Thank you |

Found staff to be unprofessional, waiting time longer than stated. First visit there after an accident. I visited twice within a couple of days. Even though injuries were quite apparent, there was no empathy or assistance. No guidance given. |
