I saw a very nice lady who introduced herself as Beatrice and did a very good job packing my toe. I've got a problem now because she said to leave it on for 4 days and then see her again for follow up. I should think it would be no good to see her in six months, and I think the toe is getting better well, but I can't get online to get an appointment. I've tried ringing the number several times, but I cant get through. The lady was excellent and very lovely, but I just cant get through this "wonderful" booking system Original Comment Report... |

This morning i went to see a (very good) doctor at Wincanton Health Centre, who said that I needed to have an x-ray. I phoned the Verrington Hospital from the Health Centre carpark to find out when I could come for an X-ray. They advised me to go straight there. Smily faces at reception, less than 5 minutes in the Waiting Room, and x-ray over and done with a few minutes after that. The whole process from Waiting Room at the Health Centre to leaving the Verrington post x-ray was less than 40 minutes. Well done NHS. Original Comment Report... I'm very sorry to hear that you have lost your dad but I am so glad that his final days were in the care of such a lovely team and that you all felt supported.
