Jul 7 2019 Barry thank so much for all the time you took to care for him .he has been in the star unit for September 2018 on till June 2019 he was looked after so well he was in a bad way when he was given a place in the unit .we were very up set and in shock with what went on with our son .but when we spoke to the doctor and staff at the hospital we were out at easy .Barry was treated with respect and had lots of care from the start to the the time he could move to his own flat the hospital worked along side the care staff that were going to look after him in is own place .the out so much time in to help Barry and were going all out to make Barry feel safe we can not thank them a north for all they had done for him .we word bust Barry every 2weeks and was always treat with respect and the are very friendly and made us very welcome every time thank you all we wish all that cared for Barry every good luck .thanks to the member of staff that fine a lot for Barry we wish you well from him and us .

The staff were some of the most uncaring people I'd ever met who just viewed me as a medical case rather than a person who was suffereing. They did not listen to me and made a number of mistakes with write up and treatment and left me feeling hopeless and alone.
