Nov 21 2022 I am in Cheltenham on business and had my glasses break in half last night. I went to specsavers and they were extremely helpful and kind. They were able to take my lenses and put them into a new pair of frames in about 30 minutes saving me hundreds of dollars. I was not able to see the name of the employees that helped me but they were both very kind and went out of their way to help me.

Jun 17 2021 Appointment cancelled after waiting for 3 weeks for my appointment then told I would have to wait another 3 weeks they didn’t seem bothered about losing the business went to Boots excellent service will stay with them
