One lovely optician and a dispenser who helped me chose my frames BUT an awful foreign sounding assistant who tested my eyes.. WHO QUESTIONED ME for me asking her to wear a mask “we don’t have to” ( I’m vulnerable) I had to explain why before she put one on with bad grace. Training please Boots! She is letting you down. Also the frames are more expensive than elsewhere. |

I have got a payment plan going with Boots for contact lenses and eye tests. My eye tests are way overdue and trying to get in. Unfortunately, Cheltenham High Street branch seems to be averse to answering the telephone. I have literally, without exaggeration, trying to call genuinely for weeks. No answer. It appears they are happy to take your money but not happy to provide a service. I have now cancelled my membership as they have as many customers as they can manage and I do not wish to be a burden on them by giving them more work. |

Absolutely pathetic store, the service you get from that store is nothing more than diabolical, it's certainly a store you need to avoid. |
