I can’t fault this chemist at all every time i collect My uncles prescription I never have a problem and all the staff go out of their way to do what they can for you and always have time for you I would go as far as to say this is the best chemist for service and staff I have ever been in and I’ve been in a few so well done to everyone one who works there and Thankyou | ||||||

Unfortunately the experience we had with the Pharmacist was a poor one. Our needs were not met and we were dealt with in an offhand and unprofessional manner. Our need was a critical medical one and we were seeking advice from the Pharmacist in the professional capacity of their role. The other staff members working behind the counter were both polite and courteous and appeared to try and distance themselves from the offhand and disrespectful attitude of the Pharmacist. This review does not therefore reflect on the other staff serving and working within the Pharmacy. | ||||||
