Staff are rude and condescending Home prescription service sign up was not actioned and patient was treated very badly when following up. Luckily there is another pharmacy around the corner and I now understand why everyone is moving to them. Shameful behaviour.

I decided to use this pharmacy to get my prescription dispensed at it was a lot closer to where I live. I took my prescription, which I had collected from the GP surgery, into this pharmacy. I I knew what I prescribed and the quantity of tablets I was prescribed. I had a prescription for 168 tablets (co-codomal) to last me for the month. The pharmacist gave me my bag with my medication in. When I got to the car and checked them I found they had only given me 100 tablets and went back into the shop to ask for my 68 tablets that I was missing. (I wish I had checked them while in the shop but had never had a problem with my previous pharmacy so was not expecting a problem) The pharmacist told me they had given me 168 already and would not give me the missing 68 tablets. The pharmacist was very rude and hostile to me. I didn't have enough tablets to last me through the month so had to contact my GP for more which wasn't easy. I don't trust this pharmacy and would never use them again.

This pharmacy seems to be reluctant to provide Juvela gluten free bread. I have been waiting for two weeks and the prescription has still not been filled. I am aware that gluten free products provided on prescription are under review by the NHS, at this point in time any decision has not been made and gluten free bread should be available.
