My prescriptions are sent via TVH to Asda Pharmacy in Taunton . They have twice consecutively missed out important medication that I need . I tried 46 times yesterday ( 1.04.23) to contact them via phone ....no answer , today (2.04.23) I've tried ringing them 15 times , no answer . The tall Pharmacist with the beard is very rude with a bad attitude . An older lady assistant gives unprofessional guidance , telling me I could claim back the money for my prescription once I had paid for the 12 month pre paid prescription, only to be told by the bearded Pharmacist that I couldn't claim the moneys back . My partner collected my prescription yesterday (1.04.23) to be told rudely that some of the items are not in stock (let alone the missing item , which I received 1 off not 2 ) and that they didn't know when they would be in , no contact number was taken to inform when there items are available, so its a guessing game to when they will be ! Asda will typically reply with a 'sorry' and 'we will look into this ' but they won't do a thing !!! I will be tomorrow morning reporting this unprofessional Pharmacy and its staff to the GPhC governing body . And the next prescription I order will NOT be sent to this Pharmacy , I advise you to do the same , terrible service

I have many medical issues and need regular medication. The staff most of the time are horrendously rude and slow, in particular one man who I have no idea how they still have their job. They make me feel belitted with the way they talk to me. I don't know why I am obligated to tell my life story to them for over the counter medications the doctor told me to get. I have chronic illnesses and have been on meds all my life, the way they treat me here makes me feel like I'm drug seeking and worthless. Something needs to be done about certain members of staff here and learn not to discriminate.
