Aug 21 2017 Throughout the 5 year stay we feel the care received was second to none. Both the day and night staff were so professional, caring and genuinely fond of our relative. Nothing was too much trouble. They were truly amazing in their dedication and their tireless efforts to give the best quality of life they possibly could. They 'held our hands' during our the final days and stayed with us, often long after their shifts should have ended. When our relative peacefully passed away, the support, respect and genuine concern the night staff showed helped make our loss easier to bear. We were also touched to see some of staff at the funeral. This just underlined for us that they were genuinely fond of our relative and for such dedicated staff, caring for someone isn't just 'a job'.
