Dec 6 2014 The nurses, care staff and everyone in this care home are truly amazing and well trained. We moved Mum here from another care home that weren't providing the care we thought our Mum required. The team at Magna are the most professional, compassionate and well trained team I have ever come across. They treated Mum with respect and kindness and first class care even though her needs were complex. They also showed the same level of care, kindness and compassion to us as Mum's time came to an end. We are a large, very close family and in the last week of Mum's time, there were as many as 8 to 10 in her room at a time and yet they still manage to make us all feel welcome and were supportive and compassionate during this trying time. Rest in peace Mum and God Bless you all at Magna Care Centre.
