Feb 24 2013 Care in this home is basic. My mum is left for long periods on her own. The actual care staff seem friendly, but the admin staff are very rude and inconsiderate. The receptionist, at their desk in the foyer has been seen reading a magazine and not even acknowledging family who are visiting. Alarms are not answered quickly. The food is of poor quality including tinned products and frozen vegetables. Rooms are basic and I have had to ask for the bathroom to be cleaned. Poor value for money.
