Feb 8 2017 My relative has been a resident at this home for around two years. During this time I have visited around once every week. I have only ever witnessed the highest standard of care that I feel goes above and beyond the requirements. The staff are clearly dedicated, professional and alway friendly and welcoming. All health issues have been picked up on and acted upon immediately. The staff have helped us along the way by giving advice and support and as a family its a huge relief to know our relative is being cared for better than we could ourselves and has thrived physically, mentally and socially. My relative sees Little croft as not just 'a' home but her home where she has been very happy since her arrival. We feel very fortunate to have found this exceptional care home.
