Olive Tree House

Visited this lovely home today to see a old friend very impressed with all the staff and to see the residents happy and being looked after. This home is very modern and bright with all the facilities there if needed it certainly changed my views of care home( I am 84) and made me think of my future. My friend seemed very happy even her husband said it was the best he had seen his wife for a long time. Will certainly recommend Olive Tree House to my family when the time comes when I can no longer cope. Keep up the standards and my best wishes. Alf Segal. Bristol

We looked at many homes for our father who has cancer. This new purpose built home is beyond doubt the best we have seen. The room is spacious, light and beautifully furnished. The facilities are again spacious, light and well furnished. The dining area has two parts. At one end are chairs and a couch around an ornamental fireplace with mantel and a TV mounted on the wall. The rest of the dining area has round tables with chairs with an open bar style Kitchenette area so staff can serve cake and drinks whilst talking to individuals. Family's are also welcome to use these facilities. There is a pub, very nicely furnished with period pictures and the like. A "memory lane" sweet shop which also sells a few basics. A record shop full of old albums that you can sit and listen to. There are many more facilities but a home is only as good as its care staff. The staff at every level have been both extremely professional and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the care and well being of our father is paramount in everything they do. We feel completely happy with his care and know that all his needs are being met
