Sep 24 2014 Since I have been working with a service user who resides at Pinecroft I have found that the staff there are professional and supportive. There are regular activities and day trips set up for service users. Pinecroft appears to promote independent living skills whilst also assisting people with their individual needs, The environment of Pinecroft appearrs well suited to its client group, it is spacious giving people an opportunity to spend time on their own in a quiet low stimulous environment. I have found that the staff at Pinecroft communicate well with others involved in service user's care which is beneficial to their ovrall treatment.
