Jan 12 2016 We visited Westfield Park The Haven, to entertain the residents on the 21st December 2015. It was clear from the outset of our visit ,that this was a very happy and well run, care home. The residents and staff both fully participated in the afternoons festivities,. The care we observed given to residents from all the staff, was first class, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was well attended by staff and residents together with relatives. The staff group on duty that day were, kind, polite, and clearly excellent at their job. I can only say that it was a pleasure to have visited, and been able to have been part of the afternoon entertainment. I have no hesitation in recommending Westfield Park- The Haven to my friends and relatives should the need arise. Very well done to the manager, and staff group, for an excellently well run home. Aug 23 2015 My Mum is treated with kindness and consideration, I have many opportunities to see the staff working with the residents, and I am humbled by their ability to respond with courtesy and consideration to even the most difficult or confused residents. The staff also try hard to provide genuine activities for residents, and outings which I know my Mum has enjoyed. I have visited at all sorts of times, and am always welcomed.
