Dec 23 2015 Pinewood staff have cared for my mother since becoming a resident more the three years ago. They have always acted professionally and appropriately towards her, and have consistently treated my elderly father and I with courtesy and respect when we visit. Over Christmas there is entertainment, a residents party and a special lunch on the 25th. When I dropped in this week, there was a residents meeting where staff were asking for feedback and suggestions for improvement...... The management and team of dedicated staff provide a fantastic service under sometimes difficult and challenging circumstances-they definitely "go the extra mile".
