Risedale at Abbey Meadow provides accommodation for up to 70 people who need personal and nursing care. The service provides support to adults who have a learning disability, physical disability, mental health needs, behaviour support needs, dementia and complex nursing needs. Specialist nurses are employed to ensure people who have complex needs receive the support they require. The home was purpose built to provide accommodation to people who need nursing and personal care. It has a range of equipment suitable to meet people’s needs and to promote their independence. The home is arranged as two services, Risedale at Abbey Meadow and Risedale at St Lukes. Jane Harper is responsible for the day to day management of Risedale at Abbey Meadow. Jane Hayton is responsible for managing Risedale at St Luke’s.
