From visiting my relative here, I have noticed the following...There is limited car parking spaces so I can’t park here. The food they serve looks very cheap and of poor quality. I frequently notice dirty, smelly and untidy lounges where residents are just let to sit there all day. The place is understaffed as it always takes a long time for someone to help me with my relative and I have noticed on several occasions it can take a half hour for a call bell to be answered to. When the manager and owner were challenged about these conditions by myself they were very rude and seem uncaring. Residents falling also seem to be a frequent thing here due to under staffing. Low value for your money. Best to stay away fro this place.

This large care home mainly deals with patients suffering from Dementia. The management of said premises is very poor on a day to day basi, having observed the running over a few years as having a relation residing here. It is understaffed, on several occasions there has only been one member of staff in the High Dependancy Unit, several patient falls, (worse at night and often missed by the poor quality staff). Many staff and even the manager is rude, doesn't sort out problems quickly. Many foreign staff, loss of residents property is quite normal here, I think the standard of care is poor and wouldn't recommend leaving a loved one at this establishment. Thefts of property just happens, laundry service is appalling with further losses in here, wrong clothes worn by other patients due to poor management of laundry and the premises generally. Not having any qualified nurses at hand is poor as is really needed looking after people with Altzeimers. Routine is same each day, but residents are generally just left sitting in chair until either bed time or need changing. When a cleaner can switch to a Carer the next week gives an idea of quality of care. Place always smells, obstacles left where they shouldn't be. They always state they have so many people to look after when something goes wrong, which shows how under staffed it is. An expensive home for what is supplied. Leave your loved ones elsewhere if you get the option. Avoid this establishment. It needs random checks when they have no idea someone is coming, I wouldn't be surprised then if they got closed.
