My brother lived in Frindsbury House for 15 years. He liked living there and the Staff were very caring and made Frindsbury a home from home. It has a cosy, warm and friendly feel. The Staff are very welcoming and you can talk to them about any concerns you might have about your relative. For me it was an extension of my family. They take the residents who want to go out on trips, there is a Summer Fair and a Christmas party for the residents and their families. My brother was a little demanding all part and parcel of his illness but they treated him with respect and always there for him. They were wonderful when my brother became ill and died shortly after. Even now just over a year on when I think of Frindsbury it is with warmth and friendship. I still keep in touch with them. I recommend Frindsbury/ Birling Houses whole heartedly. |
