    The residents family remain disappointed with their relatives experience here . How long is it acceptable for a buzzer to be responded to ? Not coming and switching it off but taking action required. There are not enough staff at times especially weekends . The weekend activities have stopped. Communication in the office is poor , which has caused some unnecessary upset for the resident , we don’t feel we are updated with issues , sometimes when a query is made the person doesn’t ring us back . There are some truly dedicated , caring staff , who don’t mind us asking for anything or about anything , Food is good . Sadly it just doesn’t feel EXTRA ordinary.
