Lower Bowshaw View Nursing Home

My mother decided she needed care and attention. After much research we, her family, helped to choose three homes to look at. We chose Lower Bowshaw View because when stepping through the entrance we were met with kindness and smiles. This was reinforced by the care given by the nurses and staff to the residents. I was particularly impressed by how the Nursing Home considered and reinforced the importance of treating everyone with the dignity and respect and this gave us much reassurance. The manager ensured that everything would be in place to cater for my mother's needs, and on moving into the Home my mother was helped tremendously to settle into her new surroundings. The familiar things that had surrounded my mother at her previous house were transferred and we were encouraged to make sure here place in the Nursing Home was as familiar to her as possible. My mother had been there some time and considered herself part of the "family". I also noted that the care and attention continues and the nurses and staff are genuinely caring people. We, and that importantly included my mother, would recommend Lower Bowshaw View Nursing Home.
