Oct 26 2017 My mother aged ninety one, suffered from dementia and heart problems went straight into Scarsdale Grange from hospital. From day one it was apparent, that ALL the staff were highly motivated to create a comfortable, safe and loving environment. The skills, training and professionalism of the nurses and carer’s made my mother’s stay as comfortable as possible. This combined with all the staff and management gave myself and family peace of mind knowing my mother was truly looked after and cared for 24hrs every day during her eleven months stay. At the end of my mother’s time, we received on going information in between our visits, to ensure our awareness of all processes in her condition again the total professionalism and care were exceptional. The home itself is very welcoming for visitors and we even took our small grandchildren regularly. I would highly recommend this nursing home, it is clean, the food is of good standard menu has good variety. Residents are treated with great respect by all staff.
