The Glynn Residential Home

I first came into contact with the Home a few years ago and it always had someone in charge visible plenty of staff on duty and clean but it’s gone downhill the management have no skills as all the staff are friends so no true direction they choose their own ways of working and Rotas which doesn’t show the management to be in charge Staff are often short on numbers especially on nights and workloads are not evenly distributed day staff have gotten lazy in doing activities and cleaning. The owner seems to be unaware of what is happening in her own home. She needs a proactive manager and outsider whose interest is to get the Home back to its standards of a few yrs ago and not be interrupted by friendships with the team as a good manager as to make decisions that don’t suit the team but the needs of the service and those using it
