Aug 6 2019 Staff are not trained well especially on dementia,poor quality traning from organisation which put stress and pressure on the proffesional member of staff.High staff turn over and staff shortages on shift are a regular Occurance.Senior staff have little or no training some seniors have no NVQ or compassion they should not be working in care. Diet very poor for eldelry people,hight fat and sugar hardly any veg.Activities only for selective residents get attention.No choice for residents like its about what they would like to do,I do not recommend for residents .

Jul 23 2019 My mum, who has Alzheimer's, has been resident in Green Tree Court for almost 18 months and we could not have found her a better place to live in during this stage of her life. The staff at all levels are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are fitted out to the highest spec, the lounges are spacious and spotless, the catering is of the highest standard and the care, curtesy and respect is faultless. The nursing and care staff take time with each and every resident and treat them like their own family which is wonderful. Every day there is some kind of activity (from church services to Donkey visits) and everyone is made welcome to join in. THANK YOU everyone at Green Tree for looking after my mum SO well …. she may not be able to express it but I know she knows!!!!

Jul 20 2019 My husband has been a resident of Greentree Court for the past 3 years and I have nothing but praise for each and every one of the staff from management down to housekeeping All are friendly and mostly know me by name My husband is well cared for clean and tidy although suffering from Alzheimer’s is given the same degree of respect as all the residents and he seems very happy in his environment my mother also spent her last months at Greentrees and was treated with respect and dignity on her deathbed. 5 stars
