Jan 31 2018 My mother was a resident for more than two years. At first she was able to join in activities but as her health declined she did not want to participate and was not encouraged to do so. She was often sitting on her own in the lounge and no staff were around to talk to. Sadly she has now passed away. I do not think she received good value for money. The fees increased yearly above inflation.
