We transferred here after the close of North Hill surgery. We moved here from London last year.The staff are welcoming and professional and getting appointments have been an easy process. On some occasions we have phoned for a nurse appointment and been given one one the same day. I would highly recommend this surgery. | ||||||

Waited on phone for 15 minutes, transferred to an extension, then finally someone picked up the phone after a further 5 mins, they audibly inhaled and hung up. I tried email, but my message was bounced as follows: Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. I've emailed the postmaster, but not holding my breath. Not a good experience :-( | ||||||
