Trying for 2 days at various different times to get through on the phone line test results number still no luck !! So will have to wait till my day off next week and go there, but then you can’t get a parking space due to the Mercury theatre using the car park it’s impossible. Reply from Abbey Field Medical Centre Sat, 28 Sep 2019 22:16:38 +0100 Hi, I am truly sorry you had problems getting through on the phone - if you could give me, Nicky Young Practice Manager, a call with the details of the phone number you were calling on and dates I will pass these onto the phone company to investigate. My number i 01206 517106 We have had many problems with the configuration of the phone system and now we are passing any issues them back to the phone company. With regards to the car park I am afraid we have no control over this - the leasing agreement between the Council and the Mercury states they are entitled to half the spaces. Once again I apologise for the problems you encountered with the phones. |

After having an appointment with the doctor I had forgotten to mention if a letter could be written by him to support me in a meeting the following week...
I spoke to his secretary after having sent a letter request in & she was wonderful on the phone & helping me to deal with getting the letter done in time for my meeting.
The doctor also kindly put himself out to get my letter to me quicker than it would normally be ready..
I am very grateful to them both for giving me the time & putting themselves out in there busy schedule to get my letter done ..
