This surgery looks good as the infrastructure is good and I haven't had that many problems getting an appointment.
I found the office staff rude at times.
It is the GPs I had an issue with. I found them to be rushed, apathetic and condescending. They really need to work on this. My wife was told she has five minutes ..pick a problem.
There are better surgeries in Colchester. |

I have been registered with this practice for fifteen (15) years. I was 73 when I registered and have received excellent service whenever requested; including flu vaccinations, severe food poisoning and side-effects, tests for high blood pressure and blood scans, and referrals for eye surgery (cataracts), prostate TURP operation, and a broken right foot (5th metatarsal bone), together with subsequent follow-ups. |
