The practice has had a major overhaul of front desk staff within the last year and the new receptionists are Professional and Caring, which is amazing as it was the opposite of that for years. Finally the front desk team is a pleasure to speak to - responsive, caring and can beautifully balance patients’ needs and doctors’ workloads. I thought I’d never see it here but I am so glad I did. The doctors team has also improved, special mention goes to amazing Dr Chen who is probably the best doctor I’ve ever had. Also, appointments are finally running on time (10 mins wait) and not like it used to be circa 1 hour late. Overall, I’ve seen a massive improvement at the this practice over the last year. Hope it will now stay this way! | ||||||

I've seen three doctors while I was registered with this clinic, all of whom inspired confidence and treated me with great respect and competence. One doctor, in particular, showed exceptional sensitivity and had a refreshingly holistic approach. I have not seen a doctor who is as thorough or as intuitive as this individual, with interview skills rivaling Oprah's. My only gripe with the clinic was that it can be quite difficult to get the line in the mornings. Reception staff were generally helpful in my experience and one of them was very cheerful. | ||||||

I have been a patient at this practice for at least 15 years, and medical, nursing and reception staff have all managed my complex medical issues with great skill, sensitivity and abundant care. In my experience, the reception team in particular have always been exceptionally helpful, forward-thinking, informative and incredibly kind. Nothing has ever been too much trouble (although I'm sure I have caused plenty for them!), and they have always gone out of their way to ensure that whatever my needs were, they were met promptly, efficiently and with genuine care. In my professional life, I encounter numerous GP and other medical practices. In both my personal and my professional experience, the Neaman practice is second to none. I feel very lucky to be a patient with the practice.
I completely agree with the reviewer who said that staff at the Neaman practice always go the extra mile.
