I always phone as soon as they switch the answering machine off - Yet within 10 minutes all appointments have gone! At this point - Consider yourself incredibly lucky if you get a helpful receptionist! I have never managed to be seen on-time, & walked out after a 35 minute wait on the last occasion. I requested that the doctor call me, & very politely explained why I had left. To that they went off on a rant & in fact they were incredibly rude- The doctor told me I should have waited longer because I must have missed them by two minutes. I am sorry that I require respect that I so freely give to others, but if you are after 'stress free' this surgery really is not the place to go. It takes me at least a week to pluck up the courage to even phone them, & believe me I only go if it is something I need a doctor for! That said, going back 10 years was a completely different story, & maybe given time & change it will go back to how it should be! | ||||||

I just tried getting an appointment for a return visit, as advised by one of the GPs on my last visit. The earliest available is over one week ahead!! I hope that my condition doen't worsen. | ||||||

I saw dr Andrew a yesterday via an emergency appointment. I was delighted to get an appointment in the first place and was extremely happy at my treatment by dr andrews. She was thorough,helpful and very pleasant | ||||||
