Receptionists are very friendly and helpful but you can NEVER get an appointment. It's impossible to see a doctor at this surgery. | ||||||

I have been a Patient of Dr Thava practice for some 25 years. I have found the Services offered to be comprehensive & the staff professional & caring. I recommend this surgery ???? The staff & Drs have supported their patients safely through Covid Thank you | ||||||

I joined this surgery just over a year ago after a misdiagnosis at my last GP. All of the staff here are fantastic, very polite and helpful reception staff. I do not have to worry about seeing a specific doctor as the ones I have seen all seem to be competent and caring, the nurse who deals with my diabetes is was so good at explaining everything to me and putting my mind at ease. I have always been able to get appointment at times to suit as well which mean I don't have to take time off work and sit for ages. | ||||||
