My name is Nawal Amin,I have been with this centre since my old clinc was closed down years ago. I have always been satisfied about the service I get from the centre especially after I had been diagnosed with cancer and I see the staff more often than before. I am very grateful to Lesley who gives me my injections every month with the same warm and kind smile each time I go to her. She made me change my mind about injections. She is a super star. I am thankful to the receptionists as well especially Georgina and Claire. Today they did everything they could to make an appointment available for my 10 years old daughter. Thank you all. |

Had an appointment today - which has taken a long time to get but saw Lesley for a review of contraceptive pill for my daughter. I have to say she was amazing and dealt with us in such a lovely way. This has totally restored my faith in the practice and will definately be asking to see her again. She’s doing an amazing job - working 12 hours a day with no break. Thanks Lesley !!!! |

Been waiting for a medication review for my mother who has dementia only to be told by calling in myself that it has in fact taken place already by some one what I can only say is an inadequate person !. Never even bothered to read the notes as the notes state not to contact the patient due to DEMENTIA but that’s just what she did , in fact my Mother had no idea what she was on about and said yes to everything. I had to rearrange my schedule for this phone call ! I am a busy person too! This is a disgusting service especially as we are dealing with dangerous medication, A medication review is to discuss with the patients carer if the patient cannot do herself . No wonder the NHS is in a mess because it has delinquents working in surgeries!!!! |
